House of Elder

Description: This handwritten gynecologic recording of the “House of Elder” features several prominent Petalumans. Emma Stuart Elder Coggeshell Cady (1858-1933) was the daughter of William Elder (1812-1876) and Sarah Elder (1819-1891). She was also married to Malcom Lyman Byce (1890-1919) son of Lyman C. Byce (1852-1944).
